At Ballonz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@ballonz.com before returning the item.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These include:

  • Inflated or used cushions and balls

  • Products damaged due to misuse


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
